Refund Policy

Digital Artifacts

Due to the nature of digital goods (PDF coloring books, digital art packs, and music transmissions), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent or accessed. This is standard practice to protect our digital assets against fraud.

Physical Artifacts (Print-on-Demand)

For our physical collections (towels, merch, and POD items), we offer replacements only for goods that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
  • We will handle the replacement process with our printing partners immediately.
  • Due to items being custom-printed upon order, we cannot offer cash refunds or returns for "change of mind."
